MRLG ធ្វើការដើម្បីកែលម្អអភិបាលកិច្ចធនធានដីធ្លី និងព្រៃឈើនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឡាវ មីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា និងវៀតណាម ក៏ដូចជានៅកម្រិតតំបន់ជាមួយអាស៊ាន។ MRLG ធ្វើការជាមួយដៃគូសម្ព័ន្ធក្នុងរដ្ឋាភិបាល សង្គមស៊ីវិល វិស័យឯកជន និងបណ្ឌិតសភា ដើម្បីពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនូវគោលនយោបាយ និងការអនុវត្ត។ តាមរយៈការអនុវត្តភ័ស្តុតាង និងការអនុវត្តល្អបំផុតជាអន្តរជាតិចំពោះបញ្ហាប្រឈមនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួន MRLG និងដៃគូរបស់ខ្លួនសង្ឃឹមថានឹងបង្កើតអនាគតកាន់តែប្រសើរ និរន្តរភាព និងរួមបញ្ចូលសម្រាប់ប្រជាជននៃតំបន់មេគង្គ។
