Field Guide for Planning a Sustainable Agricultural Investment in Lao PDR

The Field Guide for a Socially Responsible Agricultural Investment in Lao PDR (the Field Guide) was developed as a tool for investors and agribusinesses planning to responsibly invest in agriculture in Lao PDR (Laos). The Field Guide is intended to be used by potential investors or existing agribusinesses2 expanding into new areas, and may also be useful for local government, CSOs, researchers, community members and other advocates of sustainable land-based investment.
This Field Guide is the result of a collaborative effort by members of the Responsible Agricultural Investment (RAI) Working Group in Laos.
